Activist Federal judge blocks Trump's birthright citizenship ban for all infants, testing lower court powers

Where does it say that they can only be subject to some laws?
Treaty.
But let's assume that you are correct about only some laws. That leads to the following.
You are saying that Indians should have been covered under the 14th.
The 14th amendment does not apply to Indians. It applies only to the federal and State governments.
You are making a strong argument for why it was wrong to not allow Indians to be citizens at birth.
Indians are citizens of the tribe, and of the confederation (if they have one), and of the United States).
Because one group was denied their rights under the Constitution doesn't mean you can then deny another group their rights.
Illegal aliens have NO right to remain in the United States. They are immediately subject to deportation.
The result of your argument is that you can't deny citizenship to the children of undocumented immigrants because undocumented immigrants are subject to some laws when in the US.
ALL Illegal aliens are subject to the laws of the United States while they are here. That does NOT grant them citizenship.

Proving my point.

The only point you have is on your shoulders halfwit.

All you do is copy and pasting opinion pieces,

No, that's not I do you lying low IQ loser. You would learn something from those opinion pages if you could read and had a brain larger than pea.

But along with those threads I express my point of view and opinion and debate them. Something whiney small-minded losers like you avoid.

posting gifs and attacking other posters.

You mean like your leftist buddies? Yes. But in my case, it's usually in response to boorish nonsensical and stupid claims and narratives.

You seem to enjoy being a low IQ blowhard hypocrite.

The only thing you've contribute is humor.

The only thing you contribute is whiney dumbass trolling. Now run along junior, the thread isn't about how upset I make you when you say stupid brainless shit. ;)

The funniest part of your claim about "complete allegiance" is it would require that the US take away the citizenship of anyone who has dual citizenship. Why are you promoting antisemitism since every Jewish person is allowed to have dual Israeli citizenship?
There you go again with your lame stupid lies. I don't think you can post without lying and looking like a brainless moron. :palm:

The section I quoted cites Federal rule 23 which says nothing about consolidating similar cases.

The SUPREME COURT did - and ruled directly. The district courts are not a dictatorship unto themselves, answerable to no one - no matter HOW much you hate Donald Trump.

Our system is designed around constraints, limits on power. District courts do not have national authority. Period.

The Supreme court ruled that rule 23 still applied and courts could still certify a class nationwide.

Non sequitor on your part.
The 14th amendment makes a person born in the US a US citizen and also a citizen of the state they are born in.
Straw man fallacy.

The SCOTUS ruled in TRUMP v. CASA , confirming the already established fact that district courts do not have the authority to issue nation wide injunctions.

I grasp that anchor babies are vital to the invasion and colonization scheme that democrats are engaged in to subvert the Constitutional Republic, but absent action by the SCOTUS, the EO by the duly elected POTUS stands.

Wrong. And yet even more wrong.
The court ruled that an injunction should only be for complete relief not universal relief. In the case of a certified class complete relief means the injunction includes everyone in the class across the entire nation.

Holding your breath won't change reality.

The ONLY court that could decide such a case is the SCOTUS.

The insurrection is thwarted - at least for now.

The SCOTUS has already ruled on Birthright Citizenship in the Elk v Wilkins case.
Elk was born on a reservation so is restricted to Native Americans not taxed born on tribal lands.
The ruling on birthright citizenship was Wong Ark which says even if your parents owe allegiance to a foreign ruler, a child born here is a citizen of the US.
