So in such a lawsuit TACO will have to prove the WSJ article was untrue AND, that the article damaged him financially.

No, a prediction based on historical evidence. The Left LOVES lawsuits. Look how many in just the last 6 months they've filed against Trump and the Trump administration only to have the vast majority tossed out of court. It's what James and Bragg pulled, among others. The Left will sue and sue and re-sue over an issue if they can't get their way. We have projects, particularly things like mines and resource extraction that are held up for years, often decades, by Leftist environmentalist types suing repeatedly.

Without resort to the courts and frivolous lawsuits, the Left would be nearly powerless.
