CIA Director John Ratcliffe confirms that John Brennan, James Comey, and Hillary Clinton are likely to be INDICTED over their involvement in Russia

I just listened to John Waters and Matt Bracken agree on Coffee and a Mike that one of Trumps fatal flaws is that he cant admit to his flaws.....we are watching hubris.

I think the main problem with Trump is that he doesn't seem to focus far beyond what he thinks is best for him, and some people who are close to him personally. I definitely think that either Bernie Sanders or RFK Jr. would have been better. By the time the 2028 election roles around, I doubt either of them will run for President again, but perhaps actually decent candidate that has a real chance of winning will appear at that time.
No.....He is sure that he is saving America.

He certainly may -think- he is saving America. I just don't think he is. He hasn't even ended the war in Ukraine yet, one which he initially said he'd end within the first 24 hours of his Presidency.

He is not doing what he is doing for himself.

Do you understand this?

That is totally unfair, and ridiculous.

What would have been best for Trump is to stay in Trump Tower and live the lavish life of a billionaire.

I'm imagine you're aware that Trump that Trump has filed for bankruptcy many times. If not, there are articles written about it, such as this one from February:

Here's a quote from the article that I found interesting:
**
Despite the fact that Trump has previously claimed that his past bankruptcies were not his personal responsibility, the reality is a bit different. He told Forbes in 2011, "I've cut debt — by the way, this isn't me personally, it's a company." However, his first bankruptcy in 1991 did leave him personally liable for a portion of the debt attributed to his Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City. In fact, Trump was found personally liable for around $900 million of the casino's debt due to his using junk bonds with high interest rates to finance the initial construction of the casino. In the restructuring agreement for this first bankruptcy, Trump was forced to sell his 220-foot Trump Princess yacht, an airline he owned, and half of his ownership in the Trump Taj Mahal company.

However, instead of learning this lesson from this initial bankruptcy, Trump went on to declare bankruptcy many more times, taking advantage of loopholes and restructuring policies to avoid debt. Trump also told Forbes, "Basically I've used the laws of the country to my advantage... just as many, many others on top of the business world have." While this may be a true statement in the world of business, as a now-second-term President, it could leave consumers financially worried.

**

I would argue that it -should- leave consumers financially worried, because he's not just playing with business investor's money now.

Instead he has subjected himself to assassination attempts, endless faux lawsuits, and tons of hate.

I will say that Trump raising his fist in defiance after being shot was perhaps his finest moment. It also seems that this event may have helped inspire him to nominate RFK Jr., who is no strange to family members being assassinated, to run Health and Humans Services. But that doesn't change all the blunders he's made before and after.

"Another"? Hmm... when someone says, "only deviants develop crushes on me" - the deviant, sally - is YOU!

It's tp be expected you will develop the same crushes Douche does, since he 'breast feeds' all you fellow deviants. You're all parrots, so you're incapable of having independent tastes.

Lying to Congress is a FELONY. This REPORT proves the Steele dossier was used by the CIA to make the revised ICA. So that PROVES Brennan was lying through his teeth to Congress.

There's no reason to trust the report. The report writers don't understand the difference between hacking election infrastructure and interfering in the election via social media and email server hacking.

So CIA analysts aren't trained for that??? :rofl2: Do you hear how desperate you sound Martha?

Excellent, it’s about time.

Yeah, I know. Many trumptards have been convicted of it:

"CNN —
There’s an old saying that goes something like this: You can judge a man by the company he keeps. Which spells trouble for Donald Trump.

At least 11 people who played a role in Trump’s presidential campaigns or his administration have been charged with crimes, with Tom Barrack, who chaired Trump’s inaugural committee and has been a longtime friend, accused of illegal foreign lobbying on behalf of the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday."

I said lying to Congress is a felony. In the House and the Senate you Congress can say anything as long as it is from the floor it is legal.
I assume you are trying to use Title 18, $1001 here.

You will note that this law lists several important exceptions, including committees, investigations, and where a judge or trial is involved.
This is why Congress will generally put you under oath before questioning you. Lying under oath is perjury.

Incidentally, it is this section that makes lying on a government form illegal and misrepresenting yourself to a government bureaucrat illegal.

That penalty is up to 5 years in a federal penitentiary, or eight if a related crime of terrorism, child trafficking, or some such additional crime is involved. That is in ADDITION to the penalty served for that crime itself.
