It's on the DNI website in her own words. The Intelligence Community NEVER claimed Russia tried to hack election infrastructure. Neither did Obama or anyone else. After the election, Obama asked for them to look into what Russia ACTUALLY did, which was interfere in the election via social media and by hacking/releasing DNC/Hillary's emails.

- On December 9, 2016, President Obama’s White House gathered top National Security Council Principals for a meeting that included James Clapper, John Brennan, Susan Rice, John Kerry, Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe and others, to discuss Russia.
