Gun Monkey Follies: Another shooting, BS to follow.

Shaken, not stirred!
Here's a rather sickening coincidence: Since January, the gun lobby and it's sycophantic citizenry have been pushing for the H.R. 38: Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/119/hr38

Essentially, if this law passes any yahoo who has a CC license in their state can just pack it in the suitcase as they travel on vacation to anywhere else in the USA and have that license honored. So your state will have to put up with the knowledge that someone from another state (perhaps one state they've identified as a haven for everything they can't stand in American society) is trapsing around their backyard WITH A GUN.

I don't know if there have been any polls of various state cop's opinion on this, but maybe this will be an indicator: Yesterday evening a Las Vegas, NV resident drove into Manhattan, NY ... strolled into a Park Avenue office bldg. and proceeded to blast away, killing 4 people with an (wait for it) ASSAULT RIFLE before killing himself.

Who is Shane Tamura? NYC shooter, 27, who got an assault rifle despite ‘documented mental health history’

Now given New York's strict gun laws, it's obvious that the guy was in violation of the law for just bringing that weapon across state lines.

BUT

If the Reciprocity Act passes, it won't matter how you got that license in your state ... you can just travel willy-nilly all over the 50 states strapped 24/7.

Now let's watch the usual suspects try to sidestep, blow smoke or just BS to justify passing the H.R. 38.
