We are witnessing the silencing of American media

The latest casualty of Donald Trump’s efforts to silence media criticism is Eduardo Porter, one of the most thoughtful and intelligent critics of his heinous regime.

On Tuesday, Porter wrote his last column for the Washington Post. In a widely circulated email, he explained why he was leaving the Post:

Did I miss the part where Trump sent feds to your journo's office and forced him to retire early? Apparently you libtards have zero clue how the world works. Here's a tip: bring your employer more value than you cost them. Still not getting it?

You're part of a shrinking minority, you're masters have been exposed, the genie is out of the bottle, your party is screwed, your so-called intelligent critic is just another batshit crazy libtard that nobody will miss other than the dying breed of drones.(you)

His first problem is that someone like yourself thinks he's great, that's a very clear indicator that he's a moron and he' bleeding reader daily. Second, he writes for a liberal rag not worth the paper it's printed on. Without even checking, I'd bet he peddled the Russia hoax and many other fake stories, you know, the kind of bullshit that has been driving the media's favorability below even the Democrats, no small feat these days.

From all of the whining, it sounds like this is most of the libtards first brush with the free market. Well, buckle up, because there's more coming, and Trump didn't do a damn thing except call them out on there bullshit. He's given every kind of media outlets the most access they've ever had, it's up to them if they want to write the truth or stick to the mantra regardless of the cost, that is, until the sap who's been watching their wallet shrink finally says, enough. It's called supply and demand, genius.

What do you plan to do about it? As many have said, to support the First Amendment, we need to support the Second Amendment.

Do you know how to shoot? Do you own a gun?

Shooting is a skill. Knowing how to use deadly force is knowledge. Being willing to use deadly force requires training.

I strongly support defending the Constitution. To do so requires knowing how to use weapons of all sorts.

You deny and discard the Constitution, Sybil. Now you want to start a civil war again. Your violent tendencies is what put you in your mental institution.

I am paying attention to the theory that Woodward and Bernstein were not journalists pursuing a story, but agents of Deep State working to take out a President as DS did not want to do another assassination , as they had by that time done so many, the cumulative effect being bad for the nation.

That's the one that covers freedom of the press.
The press has all the freedom it wants. Problem is , they fucked themselves by being biased . The overwhelming majority simply doesn’t listen to them anymore. They’ve being wrong so often and on so many levels and issues that even stupid people don’t buy their BS any more.

BINGO!!!!! Exactly that! Furthermore,...EVERYONE KNOWS it. Couldn't have said it better myself.
