Or any one of the large number of diseases they head the list in spreading, like hepatitis, drug resistant staph infections, syphilis, etc. He already seems to have tertiary syphilis. Gays are still at more risk than the general population you moron. As of 2022 67% of all HIV diagnoses were in the gay population. It is true there is a treatment but no cure for AIDS but we all know Diesel isn't smart enough to get treatment and when you couple that with his risky behavior he won't last long. Neither will you because we all know your wife dumped you because of your latent homosexuality. Now you are free to suck away in public restrooms.
