So if high school grads from Europe want to visit America during their summer holiday they have to come up with 15 grand up front , let's see how much money in tourist dollars are lost.
 
Its a BOND dummies,...not 15,000. Most likely it goes like this.....If you don't overstay your visa or screw up you get the money back. Probably have to only put down 1500.00 to secure the 15,000 dollar bond. Man some of you are DUMB.
