I'm going to make what might be a rather bold prediction (but some here might see it otherwise).

I'm predicting that, once Summer 2026 starts approaching, President Trump will announce that ("DUE TO THE HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN ADDITIONAL TARIFF REVENUE") the federal income tax is going to be eliminated for all income at or below [$_________] (my guess is $100K, but the exact number could be as low as $75K or as high as $150K... this detail is TBD).

Just think of it... THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of extra dollars staying in YOUR pocketbook each year. HAPPY (TRUMPY) DANCE!!!!!!!!!!

I additionally predict that Team Democrat will oppose this aforementioned policy and subsequently claim that it "gives tax breaks to the rich".

I'm predicting that once summer 2026 starts approaching it is more likely that gfm will be involuntarily committed to a mental health facility than the federal income tax will be eliminated for anyone.
 
I've already heard that Trump is going to eliminate income taxes altogether for those making 50K or less a year.

Why? Inflation is going to be applied regardless. Cutting out income tax will help most people. Particularly if is is the original plan not to tax the first 100K for individuals or 200K for couples.

Call it the "save the middle class" act. And it IS a class act.

Those making less than $50k already pay zero federal income tax - in fact due to EITC get more back than they put in.

But leftist/socialist states like California hit these people HARD - and most of them don't grasp the difference between federal and state taxes.

I think Mandanistan is planning a 100% tax on all income and on wealth.

we should be going the opposite direction and make those that demand we have more government pay for what they vote on and not hide it from them

It's interesting that the article he links notes that 33% of tax revenue is spent to fund the Forever Wars. Trump is the ONLY president since Reagan to get America into ZERO new wars - and to end wars we are already embroiled in.

The Forever War that Obama/Biden and Putin cooked up in Ukraine is meant to siphon wealth from the American people for generations. Much of the "Big Beautiful Bill" was shit - which is what the Mensheviks are whining about. But Trump keeps us out of the war cycle that the Bolsheviks and NeoCons promote above all else.
