With marriage it is like a business. If two partners don't want to be in a business they can dissolve the business. Both partners are still liable for any liabilities the business created (debts and kids)

the problem with modern feminism/feminists, especially in the legal setting, is that the system is geared towards favoring the woman. If a woman decides that after 10 years of marriage and 3 kids, she just isn't happy anymore, she gets the house, half of the marital assets, full custody, child support, and most likely alimony...............this day and age, marriage is nothing but a HUGE L for men.

But that isn't no fault divorces problem . It is a bias problem slanted towards women and against men.

In Florida, each member of a marriage gets half of whatever was community property. If one member maintained separate money or belongings they get to keep what they held separate.

There is no alimony for a 6 month marriage in any state that I know of.

you appear to not know what I want. wives are partners, but not equal CEOs. Gender roles exist for a reason, which is the success of the nuclear family. If a 'partner' (using that term loosely) does not want to be married anymore, they should have taken greater care in who they decided to marry. IF they just aren't happy any longer, why can the simply not just leave and make their own way without taking half the mans assets that he built up to provide for his family? women don't need men anymore, remember?????????
