A federal judge on Thursday ordered that no more immigrant detainees be sent to a center in the Florida Everglades, and that much of the facility be dismantled. The ruling rebuked the state and federal governments for failing to consider potential environmental harms before building the facility, known as Alligator Alcatraz.

So, an Obama appointee sides with some fringe environmental nutters. I give her ruling two weeks to be overturned. Given it's environmental nutters bringing the case, my bet is when it gets tossed, and it will get tossed, they'll enlist some Native American nutters to claim the site is "sacred land!" That too will get tossed.
Seen that gambit far too many times now.
