Add out-sourcing the high productivity jobs, and the kind of jobs that have been created since the 1980's being mostly unskilled and low paid, and that means fewer men able to afford getting married. Yes, that sounds more than reasonable in this case. Georgia leaves judges a lot of leeway in divorces, though; if she hires the better lawyers she could get a lot more; lawyer firms who handle court trials and the like fund the vast majority of judge elections in states that elect them. Same here in Texas.
