Its a simple question.


What would happen to a Commercial Driver's Licensed Truck driver, who pulled an illegal U turn from the right lane, right in front of on coming traffic, and killed three innocent people...


In China?

In Russia?

In Iran?

In Mexico?

In Iran?

In Yemen?

In Saudi Arabia?

In Hatti?

In Venezuela?



What if that crime... and it was a lethal crime...

What if that crime was performed by an American, living and driving in that country illegally, using forged documents and lies to get employment?

Would millions of Americans sign a petition to get the American-Illegal driver released from the Chinese prison?

Would thousands of Yemen people be protesting for the American Driver to be immediately released and given legal status to stay in Yemen?


Why is it that rational, reasonable control of borders, licensing, training, skills, and documentation is something is normal in these countries, but not in western nations, such as American, France, Canada, Germany and the U.K.?

Are you suggesting we should be more like those Countries?
 
I am saying that if America as a soverign nation wants to merely survive, it has to start treating invaders, illegals, more like Mexico, Russia, or Iran Does, and not a be given a specially protected, and better-than-citizens status.

I propose that we get the legislature, Congress, with the help of the SCOTUS, to pass a law that requires any remittance to Mexico, or Haiti or any foreign nation to require a special permit, which has to be granted by a court to anyone, but especially to a LEGAL Immigrant. These Licenses should never, under any circumstance, be given to an illegal, or to an Asylum candidate or Asylum receiver.

Any person who knowingly aids a unqualified person in getting a Remittance License should be prosecuted, and if found guilty, be given a minimum of 20 Years in prison, with the first 10 years ineligible for parole, and face a $200K fine for each occurrence.

Anyone found in America illegally, should have all property and currency confiscated, face 2 years at hard labor, and then deportation. On a second offense, they should, if convicted, be given an automatic death penalty. They get one appeal, to be completed within one year. They should be publicly, televised channel, be executed by garrote chair.

Anyone found in America Illegally, who has committed the crimes of Voting, Rape, Murder, Drug Sales, or Vehicular Manslaughter, should receive a mandatory death Sentence, with one rapid appeal.

Invading America is a serious, national security, existential threat!

We want everyone on Earth, Terrified of illegally immigrating into America. Just like Americans are terrified of illegally immigrating into China, Russia, Iran, Mexico ...

Money to foreign nations, and political power for Democrats, is what is driving the illegals being given more rights than LEGAL immigrants, and way more rights and protections than American Citizen's/

It is way past time to end that. See Post #8 on how to end that. Remittance licenses!

The death penalty for any illegal who votes, or commits a violent crime.

As an illegal, you get one time free, to learn. If you come back, and commit a violent crime, or VOTE, you die!

No more invasion of America. That's exactly what China does!

If America invaded Mexico, in the same fashion that Mexico and its cartels are invading America (particularly California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas...

If America invaded Mexico, what would the Mexicans do to the invaders?

If I went to down town Mexico City, and started waving around an American Flag, similar to what the Mexican's did in Los Angeles, and demanding that I received free food, housing and health care from the Mexican government, what would the Mexicans do?

If I started setting Mexican Police Cars on fire, and taking shots at the Mexican Police, what would the Mexicans do? The Mexican Cartel Illegals are doing just that in L.A.!

If I went into Mexico City, and starting doing what they are doing in L.A., they'd shoot me dead, and everyone knows it!
