Actually, it is not that common for healthy older people. If it were bumping into things, it would sometimes have to go away. He has it all the time. We will never know. Trump hides his health. Bruising, weird skin color, and cankles are a bit alarming.

That's a good point! If his health demands it he could give a shit about his "duty". Yeah - he could make some, "I've been the greatest president ever but my work is now done" bullshit.
