"A physics book" and "Sean Carrol" don't count.
Explain why anyone should listen to your demands for citations, when you won't even concede that my statement about entropy favoring life was correct?
But I'm still curious why you trust Sean Carrol since he holds ideas in opposition to your view of cosmology.
I try to be impartial and read people who have different opinions. I read CS,Lewis, Sean Carroll, Richard Dawkins
You only seek out material which confirms your preexisting atheist faith.
I've been reading Sean Caroll for years, you just frantically Googled for him for five minutes and assume you can speak for him.
Sean Carroll has his own opinion, like everyone else, but he allows for four possibilities to explain the universe, one of which is an external agent.
Noted atheist Sean Carroll on four possibilities for the fine tuning of the universe:
1. The universal parameters were designed by an external agent to allow for atomic complexity, organization, and life.
2. We will discover that for one reason or another, the laws of physics just dictate the parameters can not be any other way.
3. It was just an accident. The universal constants could have been something different, but they're just not.
4. There was a selection event, and we just happen to live in a part of a larger multiverse where the physical constants allow us to live.
