One of the most fun things about this is seeing how broken magats are over this rape Trump was found to be done.

They scream back 'no the jury did find he did it but they could not determine if he raped her with his finger or his penis ...so Trump wins!!!'


Imagine being that TDs riddled when in most other States, and the Federal gov't (and NYS now) whether finger, penis or object stuck in a woman without her consent is all considered rape but because NYS had an outdated law, they think that is a win for Trump.

And they ignore that when Trump tried to sue E Jean because she said she was raped, the Judge threw Trumps suit out saying basically that in this case Sexual assualt and rape are the same thing.

That is why Trump did not appeal that both to the Superior court and Supreme court as his lawyers would have advised him he will end up with all of them saying 'rape and sexual assault are basically the same in this case' an he did not want those courts to validate that point.

it was not simply 'fair'. You are correct on that.

It was more than fair. Trump got more latitude and rights than any other defendant in that court would get.
