Kennedy Center ticket sales take a nosedive after Trump takeover

You seem to have a problem with the writing of Hamilton. Usually high schools, and community theaters do not do original plays, so their writing would be very good.

It's rap crap, not 'good writing'; it's written to sell it to feral street thugs and assorted dopers, not to 'elevate art n stuff', idiot.

Shakespeare used iambic pentameter, a form of meter, that made his plays basically rap. I am not saying Miranda is as good as Shakespeare, but he is using the same technique.

lol I tried watching it, but it was such crap I didn't last 5 minutes of it. Apparently these cretins think having a mediocre black guy playing a role makes it some great ground breaking masterpiece or something, i.e. they're devoid of any real artistic appreciation and genuine highbrow culture, they're just being racist morons. The local Jr. College puts on better productions. The art fags running them are too young to fuck up plays with Woke idiocy; that comes with 'experience', i.e. letting numbnut fashion trump talent and writing.
You are aware Hamilton is still playing on Broadway, and even without its original cast, it turns an estimated four million dollar profit every week. If you add in the road show traveling the country the figures are quadrupled

Pretty humorous given the probability exist that the only production you ever saw was on TV

Everyone knows that Hamilton is written by a rap musical playwright. Complaining about it is like complaining about Swan Lake having ballet in it. If you do not want to see ballet, do not see Swan Lake. If you do not want to see rap, do not see Hamilton.

I went to a community theater play in tiny Homer, Alaska that was written by a local. It was far, far better than Hamilton.
The Hamilton show I went to, half the audience left at intermission. The only reason I stayed a little while longer was because the wife insisted.
About 20 minutes into the second part I just got up and left to go to the bar/restaurant across the street. I couldn't stand it any more.
On the way home the wife had to agree - it was horrible.

Not even hard rap, street rap, five minutes in and it all sounds like a soliloquy as much as anything else

So it was a local production, didn’t even know they had that many Black guys in Alaska
No, the program had the bios of the so called professional actors. Why would you think that just because it's in Anchorage it's some community theater B.S. ?
We have as good a performing arts center as I've seen most anywhere, including Leipzig, Germany.

Here's the one in Leipzig.

It is nothing too testing, and if anything less rap than you would expect. I once saw MacBeth to a hiphop beat, and the language was difficult, because it was fast, and Shakespeare. Hamilton was not difficult.

Let’s put it this way, how would you appraise a guy from Jersey saying Jersey had a trail dog sled race comparable to the big one in Alaska? And a spectator from Jersey watching the event endorsing his view?

So what? How many copies of 'Happy Birthday' have been sold over the years? Is that ' great art', or just another lowest common denominator marketing gimmick to influence idiots? You probably think rap is 'art', but to most sane people it's just moronic dumbassery. All you clowns are fashion victims; anything 'Black' is supposed to be fawned over and praised, no matter how stupid and ridiculous it is. It's just a con job, and these con artists are laughing their asses off at you gimps. lol all kinds of idiot garbage runs on Broadway. Doesn't make it 'good art', except to faggots apparently, and they're all mentally ill.

Did you also hate Swan Lake because it had too much dancing?

Hamilton is some of the most difficult tickets to get. I have trouble believing half the audience left.

I had this conversation with Concart right after I saw the show. I posted a photo of the program with the actors' bio and it had almost the exact same actors as the show he saw in Jacksonville.
I never claimed it had the exact same cast as Broadway.

Who's complaining? Laughing at you morons and your alleged 'artistic sense' is just the normal thing to do.

Never saw Swan Lake.

Ok, at least a third? More left later.
The so called dialogue was in hard to follow or understand rap w/ mediocre musicians. I play a little guitar and could see the guitarist was only using very basic chords. Nothing special.
