If Tyler is convicted what should the punishment be?

I'm not going to lie L'm very angry that a father of two young children 3 and 1 was gunned down for his political opinions. I known I'm going to surprise most of you. I DO NOT WANT HIM TO GET THE DEATH PENALTY. Personally I'd rather him get life without parole. It would also be nice for his cell to have pictures of Charlie's 2 kids growing without their father. The pictures could be changed annually for the duration of his life. I don't want Tyler's father living with the fact that he turn his son in for execution. Tyler has already caused enormous pain no need to inflect more than need. And strangely I don't think Charlie would want him executed either.
 
Life without parole can be overturned...and in this wacky world...
He's committed suicide...he just didn't follow through with that bullet...
Put him on death row...

I noticed several teachers that celebrated Charlie's assassination are now looking for employment. They don't seem very smart. The teaching profession is improving by culling the herd.

Many more than several... They should never be in a classroom again.... We all know about that "online resume" and how important it is to keep things respectful and professional.... Completely unacceptable... They're just in the wrong profession .... now they know....

I had a coach that beat (paddled) a friend so hard his butt was entirely black blue and purple. He was fired he started a plant nursery. I thought my friend's dad was going to kill him. My friend's offense was falling to sleep in class. :(

We were playing basketball in PE the same coach was playing with us. I'm 6'5" he was about 5'6". He tried to shoot over me I blocked the ball into his face (accident) he came after me hard and I thought it was going to be a fight. Thankfully the head coach stepped in and threw him out of the game. He just did not have the temperament to be a teacher.

Many people don't have that temperament... It's simple...If you believe people deserve to be shot for their opinions...or celebrate their death online
....don’t cry when you get fired for yours.
