Hows this for an idea when it comes to controlling gun violence ?

Surely you would all agree that when you have a problem it is most likely a good thing to address the worst problem spots first. So here's what we do,......we look at the areas where most of the gun violence is occurring and we go in there FIRST of course. We go into those deep urban blue areas in blue cities and we forcefully TAKE the guns and ammo from the criminals who cannot legally possess them in the first place. How's that sound ? SURELY no LWer could possibly argue against a proposal as fair as this one right? RIGHT? :rolleyes: ;):cool: Pffffffft,.....you would see LWers turn into CHAMPIONS OF THE 2ND AMENDMENT in a micro second! Stop right on a DIME !

That would be unconstitutional unless the governor of a state asked for help.

Most people would fully support cleaning up the crime blighted areas, come in hard and MAKE IT HURT. No different than rounding up illegals , much easier actually. Surely all LWers will support this as much as they claim to be against gun violence. :cool:

So criminals should just be allowed to have guns that are illegal for them to possess just because of some mythical war they would get slaughtered in? Naw,...that's not how the Law works. Rip the gun s right out of their hands and if they are dumb enuff to get violent then they will learn what true violence is all about.

Most " left wingers " I know support the 2nd Amendment now.
Most of them I know are for reasonable gun control .
People that say they need an AK 47 or something like that for hunting shouldn't be out in the woods.

So lemme get this straight. LWers seem to support taking guns away from the more law abiding people who would turn them in but do NOT support TAKING THEM from criminals who aren't allowed to possess them and would most likely put up a fight until they were shot down that is. Hmmmmmmmmm Interesting. Thanks for proving my point.
