Sadly, true. Callousness runs both ways in a civilized society. Those thinking about political violence should always follow Dalton's advice: "be nice... until it's time... to not be nice".
Gen Z'ers Thomas Crooks and Tyler Robinson should have spent less time online and more time learning how to be nice.
OTOH, since both appear to have had known mental issues, I doubt they were able to learn.

If Trump were really that terrible, based on news coverage, Harris and the Hildabeast would have easily won. Biden won only because of Chinese Disease. In a normal campaign he'd have lost and his second campaign against Trump proves it. What's that say about the media and Democrats when they can't put someone up who is capable of beating what they call in some form or another "A second Hitler?"
