Again, you go the loooong route to the "Yes, you are right." but eventually you get there. The reality is, this was not dismissed with prejudice, wasn't dismissed because he had no standing, wasn't dismissed because they just said he wasn't qualified... none of that. It was only dismissed because it was too wordy and the judge wanted them to be less verbose.

Not because the judge wanted it. The rule requires it.

He gave them time to file a new complaint.

And if you were accusing someone of causing the accident that brought about this nasty wreck you should have evidence of what year it took place so the person youre accusing could offer evidence they weren't there where you claimed they were when it happened.
