I understand your praying for Obama to fail. But this is my home. What's the difference in billions vs 75m economically! Really

you didn't answer my queston and you're wrong that i pray obama fails

if all you're talking about is money, then fine, it makes a difference....thats it, it doesn't change the environmental harm....but all you seem to care about is $$$$$
 
BP is going to clean the oil! That's not even up for debate. Regardless of the bill in billions. The escrow would circumvent the circus of a retro raised cap. I think bp will shoe the wisdom there spurt.

bp is going to 'clean the oil'? wtf does that mean....

nothing you've said changes the environmental effect....if you have something that shows obama down there turning it up on saving/cleaning the environment....then we are talking

money only does so much oil worshiper

Spurt, you don't get it. BP is paying the environmental clean up. Let me repeat it in more detail for you. BP will pay to make the environment pristine again. The only thing being debated is the 75M liability cap.:clink:

Getting BP to pay a much bigger share of the damages isn't something that would have made much of a difference a month or so ago; what he's doing now is pretty separate from whatever you think he should have done to stop the flow of oil, or magically prevent the spill from hitting the shores...

Actually I'm glad he's getting them to do that. I support that. I shouldn't be too critical of the good parts, although I think he could have done that much earlier had he just decided to pick up a phone and call the man he was avoiding for about 50 days.

I just think that he's coming late to the party... seriously. His "leadership" that he'll try to claim today has been underwhelming.
 
I'd bet lunch that if BP funds the escrow Obama's negatives on spill will plummet to way below Bush's Katrina. Right now he's 7 points worse than Bush.
