Tylenol

It is looking like Tylenol may be the cause in the spikes in Autism. In animals Tylenol is neurotic. We know it crosses the placental barrier and that unborn babies livers are not fully developed. So it MAY not be safe in pregnancy. That is bad because Tylenol is recommended to pregnant women for pain. More information is about to be released. If you have a loved one that is pregnant tell them to avoid Tylenol for the time being at least.

This is going to be interesting to watch play out.
IF it can be proven it may help cut the number of kids that get it.
Back when my son got it the rate was 1 out of 27,000 kids back in 1981 or 82, and it has gone to something like one in 32.
In a way I hope they find out for sure.

as an over the counter medicine - it is purely up to the user to determine risks

but many will cry about fascism here as they always do
And they didn't know there were risks until just lately.
And if it is Tylenol causing some of it , then now that they know it, it would be up to the mother to decide to take those risks or not.
And again back when my son got it they still were putting mercury in the MMR shots to give it long shelf life and Mercury can cause it too.
I am happy they took it out for a lot of years but from what I have read they are starting to put it back in again, I M O that is NOT a good idea.
He was out playing with the other kids, being a normal kid, we took him to the doctors and within several hours he had a 104 degree temp. and has never been normal since IMO it may have been the mercury that caused his.

it has warnings about risks to liver, pregnant or not

I'm not sure the science is backing this to be honest. But that is true for all kinds of shit coming out of government watchdog agencies

My point is they did NOT know that it may cause Autism until lately and yes it does have warnings on it but it didn't include Autism and I don't believe it has been included on the warning list yet.

Tylenol is very liver toxic a bottle of 30 can wipe your liver out if all taken at one time. It probably should be off the market if this turns out to be the main cause of autism.

There is ZERO correlation with the use of Thimerosal in vaccines and the rise in autism. They took Thimerosal out of single dose vaccines years ago and it made ZERO affect on the rate of autism. There is another cause. It looks like studies have linked it to Tylenol. Your son's fever was likely caused by the immune response that vaccines are designed to elicit. The whole Thimerol thing has caused people to avoid vaccines and that has caused more damage than Thimerosal ever caused.

I have always disliked the use of vTylenol . I think it is too dangerous. I have seen 3-4 die from liver failure caused by Tylenol overdose.

One girl overdosed on a pain med call Ultracet. It is Ultram plus Tylenol. Ultram is a mild pain reliever but it did not kill her. The liver failure killed her and that is a nasty way to go. She was depressed because her iguana died so she ODed

Well if you look at the signs of mercury poisoning and Autism they are very much alike , and YES they did take it out years ago and if I remember some studies did show a correlation but if I remember right not enough studies were held to back anything up.
And IMO I don't think they should put it back in until they do a LOT more studies, giving kids a dose of mercury IMO is not a good idea.
And yes Tylenol can cause liver damage,
And as I said mercury poisoning has a lot of the same signs as Autism. so why take the chance of poisoning kids with something that is only in vaccines to give it a longer shelf life?

I know it's bad for livers. Had a cousin die from taking it too much.
They took that "Excedrin", which is Tylenol, Aspirin, and I think Ibuprofen or something else combined.

The largest study so far has shown no link. However, it is one drug I try to avoid.

Im sorry, I don’t trust anything coming from RFK, Jr.
I do not think he ran the studies. I do not dismiss ideas because they come from someone I dislike, if I did that this site would be a useless waste of time. I want to read the studies and dismiss it based on the merit of the review, not based on "RFK Jr".

Im sorry, I don’t trust his studies. I’m not as simple as you believe I am. I trust peer reviewed studies backed up by the majority of the medical field. It isn’t just because I don’t like RFK, Jr. Give me more credit then that.

I believe what you told me. "I do not trust RFK Jr." To which I said I would read the study and check the review... (you know, the peer review)... But hey. You have rejected the idea of even looking at these studies because of a personality. I am just saying I do not. It's not like I like RFK Jr. He is a Democrat, and a crazy one at that, but that doesn't mean that there might be something here. I'll read the study, check the review and then decide.

I don’t trust him because he buys into a lot of junk studies.

I told you I look to peer reviewed studies and what the majority of the medical community accepts.

I let the experts do the research.
