WILL TRUMP DEPORT ILHAN OMAR ??

If she is convicted of lying on the form for citizenship one of the actions from the government would be to revoke her citizenship. We do know she is a citizen as it is a requirement to run for Congress. She would get due process.

Notable Examples:

  • Fawaz Mohammed Damrah (2004): An imam convicted of lying on his naturalization application about his ties to three organizations classified as terrorist groups by the U.S. government; his citizenship was revoked following the conviction.
  • Cruz Miguel Aguina (2025): A naturalized citizen sentenced to eight months in prison for immigration fraud after pleading guilty to lying on his application; this led to an automatic revocation of his citizenship.
  • Moio Bartolini (2025): The Justice Department filed a case to denaturalize him for procuring citizenship through concealment of material facts or willful misrepresentation.
  • Unnamed distributor of child sexual abuse material (2025): The Justice Department secured denaturalization after discovering fraud in the naturalization process tied to prior criminal convictions.
They've been spewing this bullshit story for years now. It was bullshit then and i's bullshit now. If there was anything to it it would have come to light by now.

It matters not. Let's say the thread was about Ted Cruz, and he was a naturalized rather than a natural born citizen, I would be saying the same thing.

Basically, it isn't the person they are talking about that had me posting what I posted, only that the claim that "if they are a citizen or a permanent resident, no" is incorrect. Do you understand the difference? I am not saying Ilhan is going to be deported, only that being a citizen would not stop it from happening if someone were convicted of that specific crime.

But it wouldn't be. That kinda bullshit accusation is pretty one sided.

Again, it isn't the person or the "accusation" that I was talking about. Only the fact that someone that has become a citizen can actually be deported, and it has happened recently even. If you can't get past the micro to the idea I don't know how to help you. I do not think Ilhan Omar is going to be deported, I do not care if someone else thinks she "should be" or not... I do not suggest anyone should be, I only point out the law.

I simply point out what the law says and how it has been applied and how even a naturalized citizen can actually be deported.

lol you mean like Abraham Lincoln did? Deportation was an accepted practice among the Founders. It didn't matter if they were 'born here' or not.

Every society has a right to fix the fundamental principles of its association, and to say to all individuals, that if they contemplate pursuits beyond the limits of these principles and involving dangers which the society chooses to avoid, they must go somewhere else for their exercise; that we want no citizens, and still less ephemeral and pseudo-citizens, on such terms. We may exclude them from our territory, as we do persons infected with disease.

Thomas Jefferson to William H. Crawford, 1816

Omar is most definitely an ephemeral pseudo-citizen, and her followers a disease epidemic.
I really hope trump tries it! Please! It would be awesome!

I am part of the group of people that call Trump "TACO"?
No you are not, Damo...or at least I think you are not.

I suspect you saw my original comment as the snarky comment it was...and saw my follow-up comment as the snarky follow-up comment it was. Now, you are now attempting to snark back.

At the moment you seem to be doing a better job than I.

Congratulations.

I am motivated in what I say on the issues being discussed here by a desire to save, if possible, the Republic I so often pledged allegiance to in school as a youngster each morning. I am not sure what is motivating you...although you do seem more closely aligned with forces that have put my kind of motivation on the back burner.

Too bad that.

The far left loons should realize that in tge best interest of America to deport those who commit fraud to obtain citizenship…but they don’t because they are far left loons.

Yes, an American citizen who obtained citizenship through fraud can be subject to deportation after their citizenship is revoked through a legal process called denaturalization. The government can initiate denaturalization proceedings, particularly if individuals falsified applications, used false identities, or failed to disclose criminal activities during the naturalization process. Once citizenship is legally stripped, the individual loses their status as a citizen and becomes vulnerable to removal from the U.S
