So, it's obvious that the shooter had poor aim and simply opened fire on the building without regard to what the bullets would actually hit.

Kimmel didn't jump to conclusions. He blatantly lied several days after Kirk's assassination when most of the facts had already been revealed.

ICE hiding their faces and refusing people their rights is not going to go well. We know they are taking innocent people away. They are being brutal and abusive. They are breaking up families. They are also making shit up when they are found doing wrong. This will not be over until they treat people like they have rights, because they do.
