a blanket pardon is one of the more common types. Vietnam draft dodgers. confederate soldiers. January 6th rioters. Largely a part of the prior election campaign platform too. I could keep going

It's "would've" not "would of"... It is a contraction of "would have"... one would say, "I don't think he would have won" or "would've won"...
