Good check. I was referring to the Fox local news case, not the Fox News case. A Fox station in Florida fired local news reporters for failure to lie. The reporters sued under the whistle blower law, but lost on appeal because the regulation against intentionally lying is supposedly not enforceable. Fox News claimed they were totally vindicated, which oddly enough is legal, because lying is legal.No, but would it really be surprising if they did?
