No. I wasn't okay with Letitia actually promising to prosecute someone during a campaign then doing it either. However, folks who live in glass houses and supported what happened to Trump should not be the ones casting stones.

James' charges appear to be legitimate. She knowingly signed documents for mortgages on which she lied to get better rates, and she even profited from those better rates. She did so even knowing that doing so could potentially result in criminal charges being brought against her as the documents stated as much within them. The loans she got were government backed and insured so the government has an interest in the outcome.

This is quite different from a developer going to a private bank to get loans for construction, etc., and the deal is made between two private parties. The state has little role in that.

Show me the post that I complain about legitimate charges. If I do it “every time” it should be easy to find. I think you greatly exaggerate. I supported Adams and Menéndez facing trials for their corruption. What other Democrats have I complained about.

You'll have to point me to the tweet or speech or comments that Biden made clearly demanding that the DOJ pursue charges against Trump.

It hard to throw Trump in jail without the DOJ indicating and convicting him first.

I will say, there are about 1/2 of all Americans that just will have no sympathy for the plight of folks that are getting their share of what they dealt out to others.

Personally, I think that we need to do better than this. I told folks not to vote for this guy... but understand why they did when y'all ran the Braindead against him.

They have insurance documents where she says the home in Virginia was her primary home. She has a home in New York that she claims as her primary residence. She claims the Virginia residence as a rental property on IRS forms.
