Canada? It was Ontario. Trump as is his norm, said he was cranking up tariffs 10, percent because of the ad. I bet you Trumpys cannot figure out why Congress has the power of tariffs. Trump seized a power he does not have. His childish misuse of tariffs shows why presidents do not have that power.
