Yes he did.

The only thing that matters with Moca tests is someone saying you took. Showing any proof of taking the test is irrelevant.

Trump has never shown his tests, and he would if he ACED IT as Trump loves to show off and brag, and just as Trump's uncle never taught or knew Jeffrey Dahmer at MIT was a lie, so to is this.


But YES IN FACT BIDEN DID TAKE THE Moca and he scored better than Trump.
