They aren't concealing their goals, are they?

How long till they are blasting the call to prayer 5 times a day in NYC.

They already are, despite the city's code.

In August 2023, Mayor Eric Adams and the NYPD issued guidelines allowing mosques to broadcast the adhan publicly without a special permit, but only during limited times: every Friday (the Islamic holy day) between approximately 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., and at sundown daily during the month of Ramadan for breaking the fast.

This applies citywide to any mosque that chooses to participate, with volume capped at reasonable levels (e.g., no more than 10 decibels above ambient noise, in line with the city's noise code).

However, mosques in neighborhoods like Astoria (Queens) or parts of Brooklyn have broadcast the adhan more frequently—including early morning calls by exceeding guidelines, leading to resident complaints.

So far, NYC's official policy remains far more restricted than in places like Minneapolis, where year-round broadcasts five times a day are allowed.
