The Trump Justice Department’s case against James Comey is coming apart at the seams.

It appears there is yet another problem with the Department of Justice’s so-far-disastrous case against former FBI Director James Comey.

Prosecutors allege that Comey lied during his testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee in 2020, when he denied that he had authorized someone “at the FBI” to serve as an anonymous source to news outlets about the bureau’s probe into Hillary Clinton.

That someone has been identified as attorney Dan Richman. But a closer look at a set of documents detailing Richman’s stint at the FBI showed that he wasn’t actually working there during any of the communications the government cited as leaks.

But then - as not many recall - the people started going - "what's that now?" as people started getting exterminated. By that time Hitler had control of the military - like trump's trying to do - and even then, several of his generals tried to assassinate him - but again - too many "Stephen Miller and Pam Bondi" type loyalists who smelled out dissent and killed it in its crib.

Which was the case before it was even indicted which is why no career prosecutor would do it after examining it. Same for Letisha James one.

You even had the John Durham Special Prosecutor investigation look in to and he could not find any thing criminal to indict, but somehow Trump's hand picked Insurance Lawyer, on her first day being appointed, was able to find something.

This is one thing @FastLane and i agree on when he admitted it is not merit based cases or winning that matters and the only thing that matters to magats is putting Trump enemies thru the process and cost of the indictment...

Nothing would please them more as a way to balance all the Trump admin and other republican Potus admins over the years proving corrupt and getting convicted, but what Fastlane and most magats have accepted is that Dems simply are simply no where near as corrupt and thus the only punishment they CAN GET is the "process".

I have not seen an update to this chart but even by just the half part of Trumps first term he and his Admin were on a pace to have more indictments and more convictions than all other POTUS who came before him COMBINED.

The above is exactly why @FastLane admits that magats have to accept 'the process of indicting' and the inconvenience and cost is results in as the only thing they can expect to get because despite endless magat investigations and failed indictments they simply cannot catch democrats doing crimes.
