DEI would include women, other races, ethnicities, cultures, religions etc. IOW everyone but white men. Yet you're implying that no one classified as DEI is as qualified, or even more qualified, than white men. That's a logical fail because none of us can know everyone's qualifications or why they got jobs. By your thinking these people aren't qualified to be on SCOTUS: Clarence Thomas, Ketanji Brown Jackson, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan.
