You would be surprised just how hard and productive people can work when they are given the choice of work hard or get in front of the firing squad. A man will work so hard and move so fast you would think there was THREE of them! :)

You know,....when it comes to productivity on the job there is still nothing like a good old fashioned public tongue lashing followed immediately by a good beating. In fact,.....in some cases a weekly beating as a matter of SOP is in order. Really keeps people on their toes which is what you want. :cool: Believe me,...we CAN get productivity out of the lazy. Not a doubt in my mind. No more sparing the rod,....order must be restored and maintained. " Ordnung muss sein !"
