I agree with limits on what can be purchased, but maybe not just meat and vegetables. What I don't understand is that 7-Eleven accepts EBT. What, other than water, would be an acceptable EBT purchase?

The guidelines are on the website.

I suspect that many convenience stores rely on EBT sales to remain profitable. Look it up.
