They prosectued Dr. Hutton for telling patients not to take AIDS medication for HIV, as its just a big pharma scam. People died over this stupidity.
 
It turns out that they plea-bargained with the doctor, so he only got 5 years and lost his medical license, and he promised to continue shouting the truth from prison.

So perhaps Taichi would be safe from legal ramifications, afterall...
