SCOTUS protects marriage equality

Nope. You keep claiming it IS supremacy, but haven't explained how equal recognition is supremacy.
Equal treatment under the law is not supremacy.
They already have equal treatment under the law.
What they want currently is SUPREMACY.
I've already explained the supremacy part of it to you.

it's to make the point that there is nothing preventing states from allowing gay marriage. We aren't obligated to abide by a definition of marriage from thousands of years ago and the people who are fighting gay marriage today are almost entirely the religious right, because they want to force their religious definition of marriage on us.
The definition of marriage has not changed, Void. It is defined as a union between a man and a woman. It has no other meaning.
The English language is not a religion.

Equal treatment under the law is not supremacy.
Good we agree. So, if all relationships are recognized, legally, as marriage, then there's no supremacy.
They already have equal treatment under the law.
Nope. Equal treatment would mean everyone is able to have the relationship they WANT to have recognized by the state
What they want currently is SUPREMACY.
If same-sex and opposite sex couples are all equally recognized as marriage, where is the supremacy?

Equality can't be supremacy.
I've already explained the supremacy part of it to you.
Nope. You've claimed supremacy exists. It clearly makes no more sense than women asking to be able to vote being labeled as supremacy.
