Comey case VERY likely to be dismissed.

Then if there's any question , the chargers should not be dropped.... If he's innocent, you would think he would want to be proven to be so... That would show them...
Before Comey goes to trial the court has to decide if the DoJ is guilty. If the DOJ is guilty of violating Comey's rights then the DoJ is punished.
Why do you think criminal acts should go unpunished?

He helped Hillary lose the election and you support him.

Too funny.
He made a terrible mistake in Hillary's case. But that does not make him guilty this time. We are offended by Trump's vindictive prosecutions. He is abusing the justice system like no president in history has or would.
Do you really not understand the difference?

Is he innocent?
Comey is guilty of releasing information about an investigation into Hillary Clinton and hiding the fact that tRump was also under investigation.

As for the rest, we will never know now. The case was pretty much killed by the incredibly incompetent way it was handled starting with a direct order from the president to do it.

The Department of Justice made so many mistakes and the procurement of the indictment against Comi, that case is very likely to get dismissed. Such a dismissal is very rare in the federal system, however, such incompetence historically has been very rare with the Department of Justice.

If it happens, the Trumper will scream that it was the deep state and liberal judges.

Make me wonder if the legal experts knew the case was crap and indicted him anyway so they could complain about the deep state.
One of the cases that was ripe

How likely is she to lose her license over this?

I don’t know, I suspect we will never get to the evidence.

I think the evidence, unless there’s something I don’t know about, is way to tenuous for a conviction to be likely.

From what I can see the confirming comments he made to Congress, for which he is indicted for, we’re not specifically related to the pryor comments which are alleged to have been a lie.
It’s all bs
