WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal judge on Thursday ordered the Trump administration to end its monthslong deployment of National Guard troops to help police the nation’s capital.

U.S. District Judge Jia Cobb concluded that President Donald Trump’s military takeover in Washington, D.C., illegally intrudes on local officials’ authority to direct law enforcement in the district. She put her order on hold for 21 days to allow for an appeal, however.

you have to flip a coin as to whether a Judge finding Trump and his admin are breaking the law, is a Trump or Biden or other prior admin Judge.

He has the whole deck ruling against him constantly.

How many days do you think it will be until that court order is overturned just like all the rest on this?

Jia Cobb, a Biden appointee, has an entire career filled with being a Leftist activist liar... err, lawyer.

She previously was:

A pubic---err, public---defender
A member of the Forensic Science Practice Group--works to help pubic pretenders to find ways to get evidence dismissed
Taught at Washington College and Harvard Law
Partner at Relman Colfax, a public defender law firm

I give her two weeks on the outside before her ruling gets kicked to the curb.

No, I don't. Plaintiffs suing the Trump administration overwhelmingly shop judges and venues to get a judge that they know will rule in their favor.

As of April 2025, 72% of judges ruling against the Trump administration were appointed by Obama or Biden.

As of May it was 76%

By June it was up to 91%

Out of hundreds of lawsuits brought against the Trump administration, a mere handful have been successful where the judge was a Trump appointee, as USA Today inadvertently points out.

The evidence is overwhelming. The vast majority of judges ruling against Trump are at the district court level, were appointed by Biden or Obama, and there is a relative dearth of Trump appointees either hearing these cases and ruling against the administration. We've seen those judges lose virtually all ability to issue nationwide injunctions. They've been overturned the vast majority of the time as the cases go to appeal.

The most egregious, like those in the DC circuit, are getting slammed repeatedly for bad rulings.
