The people that decide if our President's orders are Constitutional in the Pentagon. Having privates deciding if they think serving on our border is Constitutional or not is a dangerous thing. These seditious Congress people are trying to show the seeds of descent in our military. They are trying to politicize our military and that is a very bad thing. What they are doing could get people killed.
