Sure but it was a known Known that DC judges will go to the mat to get senior swamp creatures off....which is why the Prosecutor must be perfect.

In this case the case likely wont get out of the gate because of sloppiness.

That case, according to legal experts I've heard today was the worst concocted, most ham-handedly handled pile of garbage ever delivered to a judges doorstep.

That Halligan's going to be disbarred for sure!

Comey is not charged with a crime in DC and there is no DC judge making any rulings in the case.
