Another loss for Trump with a bogus lawsuit brought by him. Lindsey Halligan was his lawyer.

A federal appeals court panel rejected an effort by President Donald Trump to revive a “meritless” lawsuit against CNN for the network’s use of the term “Big Lie” to describe his false claims of fraud in the 2020 election.

The three-judge appeals panel, which included two of Trump’s own appointees, ruled Tuesday that CNN’s use of the phrase often associated with Adolf Hitler amounted to First Amendment-protected opinion.

And a court also once said slavery was okie dokie

You're so fucking simple minded. You retards think because a court decides something that makes it right, good, or just. Useless idiots. No wonder you're leftists
It is legal until overturned. That is something you seem to be unable to understand.
In this case Trump's lawsuit was thrown out. That was then upheld by the appeals court. This will be the last word on it because no other court will take the appeal.

No court has any authority to change the Constitution, Poorboy. The 1st amendment only applies to the federal government passing certain kinds of laws.

A civil lawsuit concerning libel and slander is NOT the federal government passing a law, Poorboy.

You cannot make Democrat election fraud just disappear.
You cannot make the 2020 election fault just disappear.

Shall I go through some of the evidence again?

* Election officials changing election law DURING an election.
* Ignoring election day set by Congress.
* Counting ballots after hours with NO OBSERVERS PRESENT.
* Security camera footage showing election officials marking up ballots and running them through the machine multiple times AFTER HOURS.
* Affidavits filed by election workers on both sides, attesting to the fraud occurring in ballot counting centers.
* Mathematical improbability of all ballots arriving after hours being for Joe Biden.
* A "landslide" victory for a guy that barely campaigned, and couldn't fill a high school gymnasium with supporters.
* 7 States that NEVER CHOSE THEIR ELECTORS.
* 'Cerficiation' by unauthorized personnel.
* Mass mail-in voting instituted by election officials that violated that State's constitution.
* Election machines with demonstrable security problems.
* Mysterious 'failures' of election machines in Republican held areas.
* Election offices run by a candidate.
* A truck carrying ballots far outside the State they were for 'took a wrong turn' and ended up trying to enter Canada.
* Voter rolls containing lots of dead people (that voted!) and people that long since moved away (that voted!), and illegal aliens (that voted!).
* The use of 'mules'.
* The use of paid 'voters'.
* Biased news reporting of 'Biden ahead' BEFORE counting has even started!

This is just SOME of the evidence of Democrat election fraud, a problem that has been going on for DECADES.

There was no valid electoral college formed in 2020. That election faulted due to Democrat election fraud.

You keep repeating this. It's almost like being a cult makes you think you are living in the 1850s.
Irrelevance fallacy.

Courts have said lots of stupid things:

* Lower courts thinking that they can take away Trump's authority as President.
* A Supreme Court that made ruling based on racism.
* A Supreme Court 'legalizing' uneven collection of taxes in violation of the 14th and 16th amendments.
* Courts that repeatedly set criminals loose time and time again, with disastrous results/
* A court that imprisoned a police officer for doing his duty because it was politically expedient.
* Courts that try to ban or limit guns, attempting to write a law for an entire State AND violate the Constitution of the United States AND the constitution of that State.

Yes...courts have ruled slavery legal. They have tried to redefine words. They have often exceeded their authority.

And it continues to happen.

It is legal until overturned.
WRONG! Courts are not kings or dictators. They have NO authority to write law or to change a constitution. They have NO authority to make a ruling that extends beyond the plaintiff and defendant.
That is something you seem to be unable to understand.
Inversion fallacy.

CNN is not the court. It is the defendant.

The "big lie" has its roots in Goebbels and the Nazis. He wrote about telling the big lie over and over and as loud as possible and it would be accepted by the people as the truth after a while. Trump's handlers had this all planned out.
It's 2025 and the U.S. isn't Germany, Sybil. Goebbels is dead.

If you think continuing your lies over and over is going to work, it won't.

The childish Trump is still crying about getting beat by Biden. What a snowflake.
