Correct this ain't over the cases were dismissed without prejudice. You can bet the the charges will be refiled. This is just a procedural blip.

You would think if she has a relative in the legal field, she would ask her opinion about these cases instead of just dutifully repeating what Newsmax has directed. We actually do have a relative who is a retired attorney, admitted to practice before the Supreme Court. He agrees with you and the federal judge. Had TACO not won the presidency, I believe they would have.

Garland's mistake was being too cautious and waiting to long, but there were no huge fuck ups in court, the AUSA's were perfect and very professional. Nothing got dismissed on elementary technical mistakes.
