And if you are talking about SS ASSHOLE I paid the MAX into it for 40 years , Until they raised the max to over $125.000 a year I paid the max.
I use to be done paying into it by the beginning of Sept. , Have you ever paid the max into it and had several months that you didn't have to?
For your info I was an industrial Electrician working in the auto industry and when I retired 21 years ago I was earning $40 an hour plus OT and COLA.

LOL and you say they, the Dems " propose to burden the future with debt " and looking back on history it has been when we have a Republican President that the debt goes up the most.
EX. Reagan almost TRIPLED the debt. Bush II doubled it , Yes Obama did run it up almost 7 Trillion in EIGHT YEARS and Trump ran it up almost as much as Obama and he did all that in JUST FOUR YEARS and is adding even more on to it now . what is it almost another trillion since he took office again?
So ASSHOLE maybe you should take your own advice and get your party to cut back on their spending .

Cries about running up the debt and blames it on the DEMs when it is the Republicans and MAGAS like him that run it up the most.
Has NO compassion for anybody especially the poor, working poor and people that will lose their healthcare because they can't afford it and may die because they didn't have it.
YES ASSHOLE with Medicare / medicaid being cut and ins, rates going up the working poor, poor and a lot of elderly will NOT be able to afford the increased ins. costs and will have to go without healthcare and some of them may DIE but you don't care.
