Trump and Hegseth are goofy over sedition and treason

False.

I am sure the JAGAs of the branches of the services have told Hegseth that he and the President are gahdurn crazy, podjo.,

Who gets to determine what is legal and illegal orders?

That is a burden each military officer and police officer, etc has and they must use their best judgement while understanding there can be consequences if you are wrong.

What that means in real terms, is that if your Commanding officer tells you, in a time of war, to kill those unarmed non combatants because he believes they will be recruited tomorrow and fight us, that officer must refuse and take his chances at any court martial he might face for refusing an order. Because to follow the order could see him jailed for murder and saying 'but i was just following orders' will not save him.

Re the above, it is more necessary than ever when you see Leadership (Trump) firing all Jags and others who would usually be able to provide clarity or advice on these issues, to protect service people and remind them of their duty to 'not follow illegal orders' and when that same Trump has made it clear in the past he supports and WOULD ENCOURAGE such officials breaking laws and following illegal orders, then responsible people, regardless of partisan lines NEED to step up and remind service people, who would be at risk, of their duty to not follow illegal orders.

As the line of people from Trump Campaign Team One, to Trump Admin One, to today including lawyers, who have been indicted, gone to jail, lost law licenses, is so long it take ups pages. And that does not include Jan6ers who went to jail for Trump also.

Trump sees humans as cannon fodder and will always put them at the front lines to go to jail for him.

He absolutely believes he could give illegal orders and the military would follow them and he is now showing a willingness to test those limits and let the courts decide after the fact if it was legal or not and then what is to be done with the soldiers who followed them.

Genius Pigshit said that sedition is punishable by death.
The maximum penalty for sedition, if it actually took place, of course,
is ten years.

The penalty for treason, however, is in fact execution,
and who in American history has been more treasonous than Pigshit himself?

I personally don't believe in execution,
but I'm perfectly fine with euthanizing him like the very sick animal he is.

You are wrong on so many angles. Disobey an order from a commanding officer and see what happens to you.

What do you think, stupid fuck?

When it comes down to a disobeyed order, there are processes outlined in the military code.

Do you dumbfucks stay up at night trying to think of the stupidest questions to ask?

No you are wrong and stupid.

If your commanding officer, in a war zone, orders you to kill unarmed non combatants, or any illegal order, and you obey you will be jailed if caught. If you disobey, and go to military court for disobeying that order you will win.

Shut up about the military RB as you do not know shit.

It is absolutely taught to all students that they MUST NOT follow illegal orders, and no amount of RB saying 'You must follow illegal orders... or see what happens to you' will ever change that.
