To be dishonorably discharged, he would have to be convicted of criminal charges. So if you are saying he could face criminal charges, then you are admitting he is not dishonorably discharged.

Not to mention it is technically impossible to give a dishonorable discharge to someone with a commission.

Any military leader who gives or acts upon illegal orders can be charged under the UCMJ. Draft-dodgers and other scumbags don't understand this point.

Trump hated Comey for his failures in NOT PLEDGING COMPLETE AND TOTAL allegiance to him, thats why Trump fired him, all that Hillary shit, was just a smoke screen. It was only then, that Trump turned on Comey. I can't argue with that....BUT...since the DNC sandbagged Sanders for Hillary, they practically gave the election to the Orange Oaf (I didn't vote for Hillary or Dump ... I did a write-in).
