A federal judge late Tuesday blocked the Trump administration from making widespread immigration arrests in the nation’s capital without warrants or probable cause that the person is an imminent flight risk.

When them fleeing back home is the desired result.

Any excuse to protect the illegals is what we will continue to see from the judges who have betrayed the American people and the Constitution.

Why won't Trump arrest the people who illegally employ them?
Indeed, since criminal penalties for employers were first enacted by Congress in 1986, few employers have ever been prosecuted under these provisions (8 USC 1324a). Prosecutions have rarely climbed above 15 annually, and have never exceeded 20 individuals a year except for brief periods during 2005 under President Bush, and in the first year of the Obama Administration.

Not only are few employers prosecuted, fewer who are convicted receive sentences that amount to more than token punishment. Prison sentences are rare. For example, of the 11 individuals the Justice Department reported as convicted during the most recent 12- month period for which data are available (April 2018 - March 2019), only 3 were sentenced to serve prison time.

Another day, another Leftist judge whose ruling(s) will end up being tossed out at appeal or by the Supreme Court. All Howell is doing is slowing down the inevitable and neither the law or time is on her side. Her argument is akin to police needing to procure a warrant to arrest someone for speeding.
