JD wants injuction against AZ immigration law

As I posted on another thread, here is the appropriate chant for those wishing to protest the federal government. Specifically the department overseeing ENS and border security:

Stop Watching Porn! Do Your Job!

I haven't predicted that yet, the SCOTUS has consistently ruled in the past in the sole power of Congress to define "citizen" and make immigration policy. However, this law makes no new policy, it just creates State restrictions based on the policy set forth by Congress. It really depends on the Mighty Kennedy on how the court will rule and sometimes I have a hard time predicting what he will rule.
