Hegseth issues an illegal order.

If there is profit, someone will provide. I am sure we all know many huge American fortunes are building from drug money.
You have to deal with the demand. Better drug education, more and better rehab and health support for the druggies is a good first step.
Agreed. Legalizing and taxing would pay for rehab and health support.

Hard to believe he's a retired Navy Master Chief, eh? Every time a person is promoted, they take the oath so Terry has taken it at least nine times. As a retiree, he's collecting a retirement check from American taxpayers. This is why I think he's suffering from dementia and/or mental illness. Why else would he become a traitor to our Constitution and his service if he wasn't?

I don't remember re-oathing every time I was promoted. I do remember watching them do that when they reup... but not every time I was promoted.

It might only be officers, since I don't recall all of my junior personnel's promotions.

Regardless, taking an oath once is all that is required to fit the definition of someone who took the oath and then breaks it by supporting an anti-Constitutional autocrat.

Not to my memory... Neither enlisted or officers retake oaths, I mean it's possible for pageantry they do it... but I do not remember doing it or watching it for anyone. Either as enlisted or as an officer. In fact, Officers don't reenlist they just keep going unless they resign after their 8 year original contract is up they just keep going...

No surprise Dutch would not know that. Just saying.

Do service members on second enlistments and on retake the oath?

Yes — every service member who reenlists must take the Oath of Enlistment again.

This is required by federal law. The search results you pulled up include the statutory basis:

  • 10 U.S.C. § 502 requires that “each person enlisting in an armed force shall take the following oath”.

IF you were in the service - you are an oath breaker as well as a traitor.

I know, it's party above country for you Insurrectionists.

And Uncensored2008 defends probable war crime.

And the Insurrectionist lies about an issue that collapsed a month ago.

You think that if you just keep lying - you can revive the bullshit. Your hero Maduro sits in prison in New York. The drug cartel you love is in hiding.

And the war you levy against the United States isn't going well. Walz and Frey could be arrested TODAY.
