Is it dementia or did something change his mind?

Breaking the articles of the Geneva Convention is a VERY serious thing, IF they did then if another country sinks one of our boats / ships then goes back and kills any survivors we have no recourse any more.
Exactly....not that the Dementia Don and his circle of shit-nosed sycophants give a shit.

I have contacted my Congressmen and Senators and asked them to start a complete investigation into this matter and I think everybody should do the same.
This is a VERY VERY serious matter and should be looked into.

That's a question I've asked myself a number of times in regard to things like the stolen election.

IMO it's still a lie. I have an eye condition (AMD) that causes distortions in straight lines and also in color. For instance, I can't tell brown and purple apart except under very bright light, like sunlight. So if I put on a brown shirt and insist that it's purple, it is still brown and I'm mistaken but not lying. However, if someone shines their phone flashlight on it and shows that it's brown but I insist that it's purple, I'm lying.

The DonOld administration doesn’t think about the consequences of their action. They are incompetent.
Agreed. They were chosen for one trait: loyalty to the Orange Jesus. Competence is incompatible with sycophancy.

Meanwhile, on delusional disorder:

What is delusional disorder?

Delusional disorder is a type of psychotic disorder. Its main symptom is the presence of one or more delusions.

A delusion is an unshakable belief in something that’s untrue. The belief isn’t a part of the person’s culture or subculture, and almost everyone else knows this belief to be false.

People with delusional disorder often experience non-bizarre delusions. Non-bizarre delusions involve situations that could possibly occur in real life, such as being followed, deceived or loved from a distance. These delusions usually involve the misinterpretation of perceptions or experiences. In reality, these situations are either untrue or are highly exaggerated.

Delusion vs. hallucination

A person with a delusion believes something that isn't true no matter how much evidence you give to the contrary. For example, they may believe a family member is trying to poison them.

Hallucinations involve the senses – seeing, feeling, or hearing something that isn't there, for example...

...Symptoms of Delusional Disorder

Symptoms usually include:

  • Non-bizarre delusions – these are the most obvious symptom
  • Cranky, angry, or low mood
  • Anxiety or depression
  • Hallucinations (seeing, hearing, or feeling things that aren’t really there) related to the delusion. For example, someone who believes they have an odor problem might smell a bad odor.
  • An inability to see the delusions as false or troublesome
  • A belief that others are taking advantage of them
  • Mistrusting friends and family
  • Outsized reactions to perceived slights or harmless remarks and incidents
  • A tendency to hold grudges

If it's not true, it is a lie. Doesn't matter if HE believes it or not.
it matters to his magats though.,

If Trump told them to drink this koolaide as it tastes good and will make them strong they gladly drink it, and while in the throws of death, they would still be clapping like seals.
